EDU 929 - Curriculum Change and Innovation

Students explore innovative ideas about curriculum and instruction in pre-K-12 classrooms. Students investigate effective schooling and gather ideas that can energize student learning through a variety of approaches, including constructivism, culturally sustaining pedagogy, arts-based education, and experiential and service learning. Students examine traditional and alternative assessment practices.

Prerequisite: must be admitted to the EdD Program.
