This course focuses on understanding the field of organizational change by emphasizing the nature, characteristics, responsibilities, and contextual determinants that influence a leader’s role in changing educational organizations. Students develop a foundational knowledge of leadership theories and their application to educational organizations.

Prerequisite: must be admitted to the EdD Program.
