DTN 742 - Population Health Nutrition Practicum Credit Hours: 3
This course provides a 192 hour field experience in the delivery of population health and community nutrition programs at local, state, national levels at various sites under professional supervision. Current issues relating to nutrition promotion and preventive health care will be examined. Students will evaluate nutrition components of various community health agencies and participate in the delivery of services.
Prerequisite: admission to the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program or the graduate Dietetic Internship Certificate Program. Typically Offered: Demand
