PLS 517 - Constitutional Law II: Liberties and Rights Credit Hours: 3 This course examines the civil liberties of individuals and groups, with focus on church-state relations, religious liberty, freedom of speech, and the right to privacy. A careful study of U.S. Supreme Court decisions is emphasized, with particular focus on the political, moral, and social impact these decisions have had on life in America.
