MKT 474 - International Marketing Credit Hours: 3 This course investigates the cultural impact on markets and institutions affecting international trade. Students will study cross-cultural comparisons of attitudes and beliefs about marketing practices and products. The course provides an in-depth look into the effects of culture, business climate and business practices on each of the elements of marketing to provide an awareness of differences in markets and consumer behavior. Marketing management, competitiveness, sustainability and negotiation applications are discussed throughout the course.
Prerequisite: MKT 350 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program. Lecture contact hours: 3
