MKT 352 - Professional Sales Credit Hours: 3 This course teaches the Principles of Sales as a toolkit, which in addition to being useful to a salesperson will also be found useful by most people in everyday life. Students will learn the nuts and bolts of a sales call from start to finish, as well as different customers that will be encountered, different kinds of relationships, ethics, communication skills and adaptive selling. Students will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned during the semester by participating in mock sales calls with salespeople from the community.
Prerequisite: MKT 350 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program. Lecture contact hours: 3
