ITC 494 - Internship in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Credit Hours: 1-3 A work-study program providing students an opportunity to earn course credit while working in the Information Technology field. Students will 1) gain valuable, first-hand work experience as an employee, 2) network with Information Technology professionals, and 30 enhance prior classroom learnings by applying their knowledge and skills in actual work situation. Students must complete the minimum expected number of on-site contact hours and complete a portfolio of course assignments as determined by the course instructor. Students are responsible for acquiring a qualifying employment opportunity prior to enrollment. Graded Pass/Not Pass only. May be repeated to a maximum of three hours.
Prerequisite: permission of department head; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program. Typically offered: Fall, Spring
