Credit Hours: 1 This course is designed to assist the student in understanding the use of the Exchange System and Carbohydrate Counting in the dietetics profession, as well as being able to apply MyPlate and nutrient content of foods to the creation of menus. This course may count towards the Nutrition minor. It is not required for the Dietetics major but may be beneficial. Variable content course. With different topics, may be repeated to a maximum of two hours.
