SPE 346 - Educational Evaluation of Exceptional Individuals Lab Credit Hours: 2 This laboratory course provides hands-on practice in designing, selecting, administering, scoring, and reporting a variety of assessments used in special education. Students apply the principles learned in SPE 345 by conducting both formal and informal evaluation procedures, including curriculum-based measures, observational tools, and norm-referenced assessments. Emphasis is placed on accurate administration, data interpretation, and professional reporting practices that inform instructional planning and multidisciplinary evaluation processes.
Prerequisite: SPE 310 ; and concurrent enrollment in SPE 345 ; and admitted to Teacher Education. Corequisite: SPE 345 Lab contact hours: 4
