Actuarial Science

Students may pursue a career as an actuary by choosing a major and minor in related areas and selecting appropriate electives. Students interested in Actuarial Science typically major in Mathematics and minor in Insurance. Students wishing to pursue the Actuary Science program should contact the Department of Mathematics to declare their major and The Business Advisement Center to declare their minor.
