PLN 671 - Land Use Planning


Credit Hours: 3

Focuses on conceptual and analytical techniques of land use planning, including land use analysis, planning studies and procedures, and the synthesis of planning elements through comprehensive plan development. The course also explores land use planning with regard to social justice and sustainability, diverse communities, and resiliency planning. May be taught concurrently with PLN 571. Cannot receive credit for both PLN 571 and PLN 671.

Recommended Prerequisite: PLN 371 or PLN 372 or FIN 266.
