KIN 762 - Applied Exercise Physiology

A study of the mechanisms underlying the body’s physiological responses and adaptations to exercise and training. Application is made to health-related concerns, environmental stress, exercise practices, and the aging process.

Recommended Prerequisite: KIN 362 or equivalent.
