SPR 415 - Risk Management for Sport and Recreation Agencies Credit Hours: 3 This course is designed to look at the various risk management concepts, laws, and administrative practices that address the legal environment of recreation, sport, and park agencies within the scope of our legal culture. Our Constitution, legal liability related to safe environs, crowd control, transportation, employee rules and regulations, workplace risk, and the general management of risk situations and aspects will be the central core of this course. May be taught concurrently with SPR 415. Cannot receive credit for both SPR 415 and SPR 615.
