This seminar focuses on the critical assessment of primary sources related to the history of Latin America. This includes discussing and analyzing their content, origins, and context in order to understand their application to the research, writing, and teaching of history. Variable content course. May be repeated to a maximum of 9 hours.

Prerequisite: concurrent enrollment in HST 701.
Corequisite: HST 701.
