ATC 732 - Research Appraisal Methods for the Health Professions


Credit Hours: 3

This course serves as an introduction to the appraisal and implementation of research methodology to the practice of health and human services. The overall purpose of this course is to help students grasp the relations between the research question, design and method(s), the measurement of constructs, and the data/theoretical interpretations. The specific goal is to present the material so future practitioners can appraise and apply fundamental, conceptual, technical, and methodological research activities to clinical practice.
